We are so pleased to announce Kiara Tsagkaris, Reg We are so pleased to announce Kiara Tsagkaris, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) as a very recent addition to the Urban Wellness team. Kiara is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges related to identity, sexual trauma and perinatal mental health. As a queer therapist, her approach is grounded in affirming, anti-oppressive and sex positive practices. She believes in a collaborative approach that empowers clients and understands the importance of the relationship forged in counselling in promoting change. Most insurance policies cover her services which can be claimed under psychotherapy or social work but be sure to check with your provider to confirm.
