Your safety is so important to us and these are some of the measures that we have put into effect at Urban Wellness to help do our part to prevent the spreading of COVID-19 and to keep all of us safe.
We’d appreciate your care and attention to helping us maintain the safety for all of us.
What we’ve done for you at the clinic
Removing all magazines, retail products and other common touch items from reception and open areas. All retail items are still available, but have been sterilized and are kept behind reception.
Rigorous hand washing/sanitizing between patients.
Booking buffer between patients to allow for proper sanitizing of all surfaces, treatment tables, and any other common touch items.
Donning PPE.
Limiting the number of practitioners working at one time to allow for easier social distancing.
Emailing all receipts moving forward to reduce touch points.
Accepting debit and credit card payments or e-transfer to reduce touch points with cash.
Sterilizing the door knobs between patients
Building management has sanitizer in the main foyer and is allowing maximum 2 people in the elevator at any given time. You may also feel free to use the stairs as well.
What we’d appreciate you’d do for us
Please re-read the covid screening questionaire at our front door upon your arrival and fill out the prescreening before your visit
Wear a mask. Please only enter the clinic once you are wearing one. If you don’t have access to a mask, we have some spares in the office. Your mask needs to stay on for the length of your visit with us.
Once you arrive in the clinic, please sterilize your hands upon entry. You may use the sink to wash your hands or the sterilizing centres in the reception area.
Please do not arrive with any excess or unnecessary bags, luggage or other items.
Please arrive on time. This also refers to arriving early. We’ve arranged our bookings so there is minimal or no interaction between clients so arriving on time helps us with this
Please do not arrive with any food. As the beverage station has been removed from reception, your own personal water bottle is of course permitted.
