I work with acupuncture, cupping, and herbal medicine primarily to support people in their health goals.
My practice has been greatly shaped by working with people experiencing HIV+ at the Toronto People with Aids Foundation as well as having spent the majority of my acupuncture time working in a community clinic setting where many folks could receive treatment at the same time while in the same space.
I regularly treated symptoms including but not limited to chronic or acute pain, fatigue, difficult or irregular periods / PMS, migraines, digestion, insomnia, mental health, stress, skin health, recovery from surgeries, and side effects of medication.
I practice with an anti-oppressive, trauma informed, anti-racist and de-colonizing approach in a 2SLGBTQIA+ positive space. Please reach out if you have any questions.

WHO DO YOU LIKE TREATING AND WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO:
I am so grateful to study and practice acupuncture, cupping and herbal medicine. It helps me to feel more connected and present with myself. This medicine reminds us that we have the skills to listen deeply to our body’s patterns, and how our health is directly linked with our community health, job, connection to nature, etc. I am always learning from it and can see people light up with new understanding or connecting with parts of themselves they haven’t connected with for a while from it while in treatment.
