Personal Training for the Spirit (PTFS) bootcamp is designed to help you slow down, connect with the body and the resources in your life so that you’re able to start each day with a different energetic vibration. Part of the workout is getting to know the way your body is holding onto stuff and then working with those patterns to build awareness and create different choices about how to respond to everyday life.
In these workouts we will incorporate different types of exercises that help to focus on ‘building muscles’ to increase awareness of the body and how to use the body as a ‘compass’ because it’s always letting us know when something feels right or doesn’t – it’s that ‘gut feeling’ that we’ve all experienced. The wisdom that comes from the body is essential for our workouts, as it lets us know when we’re going into fight/flight or freeze; and conversely when things are going well, and how we can deepen those experiences by noticing them in the body.
Program:
Week 1: The Autonomic Nervous System – what your body is really saying.
Week 2: Building your orienting muscles
Week 3: Connecting to Joy muscles
Week 4: Building the body awareness muscles
Week 5: Developing muscles to slow down
Space is extremely limited so there will be a small screening process for participants to be eligible to join the boot camp.
*they have to be willing to go into the body and start to let go of the story, at least during the session.
*they have to be willing to be responsible for their behaviour and what is showing up in the session.
What to expect:
You’ll develop tools on how to slow down in your life and create space to disconnect from stress.
You’ll begin to notice messages from the body and what they mean.
You’ll start to develop or deepen your experience of connection to the body and how you’re navigating the world.
You’ll develop or deepen how you’re connecting to the joy and abundance in your life or how to strengthen that connection.
You’ll develop or deepen how connected you are to your intuition and to your Spirit.
You’ll also receive weekly homework tasks to further support the work you do in the boot camp.
What you’ll be asked to do:
Disconnect from the story that you have about yourself for the hour session and see what story the body is telling.
Be willing to be interrupted so you can “drop into the body”.
Be willing to take responsibility for what is showing up in the sessions
Be open to the idea that you are a Divine being in physical form.
