You will need:
- 1 organic chicken breast cooked & cut in cubes
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce, organic
- 1/3 cup Organic mayo or Hummus
- 2 medium celery stalks, diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 kosher pickles (Bubbies), diced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (white, black or roasted)
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix hummus (or mayonnaise) with soy sauce and sea salt. In another bowl, mix
- chicken with chopped celery, onions and sesame seeds. Add dressing to chicken and mix.
- Chill and serve in a whole grain sandwich along with lots of delicious sauerkraut.
