S’more Paleo Marshmellows, please!

A sweet alternative to your summer roasts and fluffy marshmellow dreams!

 

Ingredients:

1 cup water, divided into 1/2 cups

3 tbsp GoGo Bio Organic Gelatin

1 cup honey or agave

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

coconut oil

arrowroot starch for coating
(can also use: marshmellow root powder, cocoa, toasted coconut,
cinnamon, etc.)

chocolate for dipping any kind you want

They roast over the campfire but need extra special attention as they soften quickly.  The best scenario is to make them into a s’more with gluten-free graham crack and dark chocolate.
